PayUp Loan Manager is a financial app that allows you to manage loans you make or receive. In this app users can be a lender or borrower, or both. This app allows you to pay your loan in installments, or in one lump sum, using PayPal or make the payments in person. It also records a video of the borrower for the lenders records, affirming that the borrower has taken the loan from the lender.
